The data of observation are given as X, Y cordinates relative to
the Pluto's absolute reference position given by Right ascension (RA)
and delination DEC. Thus the satellite coordinetes are given
for absolute position of sateliite. The Pluto's reference position
is explaned in the relevant paper (see Reference).
Here X=Delta(alpha}*cos(delta), X=Delta(delta} whre
Delta(alpha} is difference in Right ascension between satelite
and Pluto's reference position, and Delta(delta} is
difference in Declination (delta is declination of the
. Pluto's reference position).
